PAINT THE TOWN RED ART PROJECT

Local artists are gathering this month to "Paint the Town Red" for a new charity project for those that are chronically sanguinarians. The public is encouraged to participate at blood-draw stalls stationed through out the city. The public is strongly encouraged to respect curfew for this entire month, however. Anyone out after sunset will be disciplined. Free cotton candy for children and all donors!

NEW ART GALLERY SHOWING

Local Brassica Bay artist has recently assembled a showing of their latest works, titled "Legume Display." This artist works mostly with peanut butter to sculpt large, life-like statuary featuring predominantly peanuts, but also other sorts of legumes. Gallery entrance fee is $5 per adult, $3 per senior/student/child.

NEW STAGE PERFORMANCE

Brassica Bay's local theatre troupe has put together a theatrical interpretation of Twilight. When we asked the director of the production, she said that they took some liberties with the story and plot, added a significant amount of musical numbers. When asked if this would be a family friendly performance, the director said, "Don't get front row seats with your toddlers and not expect to have to pay for trauma therapy in their teens." So we think we can safely say that this stage performance will make a great couple's night out! Hire a babysitter and get ready to be wowed. Stage play will be happening every night this week. Entry fee is $15 per person.
